Arsenal have a Premier League title to win.
The Gunners are within touching distance of the top of the league with just nine games to go, and now is the time for the Arsenal squad to sacrifice everything and fully focus on their game.
Mikel Arteta’s squad need to be ready to give their all to win the league this season, and by the sounds of things, they’re doing just that.
Indeed, according to Jordan Davies, speaking on The Arsenal Beat Podcast, one Arsenal player has been playing through injuries as of late.

Arsenal midfielder has been playing through injury
According to Davies, Jorginho has been playing through some knocks, bruises and slight injury concerns in recent weeks.
“Also Jorginho, Arteta didn’t expect him to play as many games as he has done, nobody knew how important he would end up being. He has been battling through a few knocks and bruises and slight injury concerns to play, so I’d be taking him out and putting Partey in,” Davies said.
Jorginho’s sacrifice has been worth it
It must be so difficult to play Premier League football while carrying an injury, but Jorginho’s sacrifice has certainly been worth it.
The Italian has genuinely been one of Arsenal’s best players recently, and his calming energy in the midfield has been so important.
Unfortunately, there’s only so long you can play through an injury, and it may make sense for Jorginho to have a bit of a rest and drop out of the starting XI against Luton Town.
Fingers crossed Jorginho will be fully fit for most of the run-in as he’s proven in recent months that he can genuinely be one of Arsenal’s most important players, especially in the big games.
Hopefully this injury isn’t too serious and the ‘fantastic’ midfielder can get back to 100% sooner rather than later.
