Watford might have to make a decision in January when it comes to talented winger Dodi Lukebakio. Last night, the 21-year-old helped his current loan club Fortuna Dusseldorf to an unlikely win against Bundesliga pace-setters Borussia Dortmund. He scored the first goal in a 2-1 win.
It was yet another brilliant display from the athletic attacker, who is thriving in the German top-flight. His goal last night took his tally this season to 11 goals in 17 games. That includes a hat-trick against Bayern Munich.
Watford signed the winger from Anderlecht in January, after he had impressed on loan with Charleroi. As reported by the Watford Observer, he cost just €1.5 million (£1.3 million). But after playing just one game for Watford he was loaned out to the German side this summer.

His performances have surely caught the Watford hierarchy by surprise. Now there is talk of Dusseldorf wanting him permanently.
The Watford Observer suggested he would now be worth over €20 million (£18 million) if the German side wanted to make the deal permanent.
However, Watford should be considering his potential early recall in January, if possible.
Nobody in the Watford squad is currently near his 11-goal tally and he might be the goalscorer they are lacking in the Premier League.
