Premier League: Team of the Week XXI feat. Spurs and Everton stars

It was another big weekend in the Premier League as Chelsea’s win at Leicester was enough to keep the chasing pack at bay, but after Liverpool dropped point late on at Manchester United, Tottenham go into second on goal difference after their comprehensive victory over West Brom.


Arsenal are in familiar fourth after their big win at Swansea, whilst Pep Guardiola suffered his worst ever defeat as a manager, as Manchester City were thrashed by Everton to drop to fifth. West Ham put a troubled week behind them with a fantastic victory at home to Crystal Palace, whilst Hull and Stoke also won in their games against Bournemouth and Sunderland.

Who were the real difference-makers behind the results, however? The Boot Room were on hand to dissect the weekend’s action once again and here are our picks for the 21st Team of the Week of 2016/17.
